And if the item is defective, unwashed, or unused, Janie and Jack will gladly process a refund—no receipt necessary. Best of all: returns ship free of charge nationwide! After Janie and Jack process your return request, you can expect a refund within 1–2 billing cycles.

The 45-day return period begins as soon as you receive your order. All purchases are final after 45 days. For sets to be processed correctly, all pieces in the set must be returned. Online Purchases

Afterpay and Klarna are the only non-Apple-branded payment methods accepted. Online orders, except select third-party styles, can be returned to any store in the United States (except Outlet stores and closing stores) or sent for free by mail. In-store price adjustments on online purchases are unavailable, and merchandise exchanges are accessible only at Janie & Jack boutiques. Third-party checkout methods such as Afterpay may only be returned through the mail for convenience.

Return by Mail

To make a return in the United States, you can generate a label by “Starting a Return” from the Order Details page of your account, clicking on the link on your shipping confirmation page, or using the QR code on the packing list. You’ve 45 days from the purchase date to send your items back. Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service; they are not responsible for things that do not arrive. They will email you credit in the form of a Gift Card upon receiving your returned gifts. For returns originating in the United States, shipping is free.
