For purchases made more than 45 days after the in-store purchase or online delivery date, a gift card will be offered for the whole amount.
For returns of internet purchases or purchases made through their In Store Order service, shipping fees are non-refundable. The card used to make the original purchase must be presented at the time of return, or a gift certificate will be issued in its place.
